The artificial lake of golf course are not only the water landscape,but also an important source of irrigation water.However,with the high-density turfgrass management,and fertilizer(N,P) of the application to the lake had brought non-point pollution,eutrophication of lakes was beginning to appear. Every summer,a number of lake water bodies floating phytoplankton,which not only affected the water landscape,but also reduced the water quality of irrigation water.In order to determine the causes of eutrophication in the artificial lakes of Beijing Honghua Golf Course,the mineral status was monitored along with the cell density of phytoplankton,and the physical and chemical properties from April to October 2008.The results showed that two lakes altogether discovered 7 categories of the phytoplankton,and a total of 62 species in the trial period.The composition of phytoplankton was dominated by Cyanobacteria,Bcillariophyta,and Chlorophyta,with Cyanobacteria as the most important component. The cell density of the phytoplankton in two lakes were 19683.92×10~4 /L and 7595.18×10~4 /L, respectively.Dominant species of phytoplankton changed seasonally,the eutrophicational or hyper-eutrophication indicator species,were the dominant species of phytoplankton in two lakes.The result of chemical properties suggested that the total nitrogen,total phosphorus content of two lakes were much higher than the initial value which the eutrophication occurred.The chlorophyll a content demonstrated two lakes were presented the eutrophication condition.Unified the above chemistry properties,the comprehensive Trophic Level Index(TLI(∑)) of two lakes were 49.47~65.56 and 52.67~68.39,respectively.Two lakes were considered light to midium eutrophicated.Carried on the relevant analysis to the plankton's cell density and the environment factor of the lake 4,the total phosphorus was the restrictive factor the eutrophication occurred(r~2=0.7379).
