| China is a traditional powerful country with characteristics of machinery- manufacturing. At present, a considerable number of the longer age machines are used in manufacturing of long history and equipment lags exist. It can not meet the modern demands of complex parts processing. Therefore, to resolve problems left over by history, the traditional mechanical manufacturing equipment must be transformed and with modern advanced technology to transform and upgrade the old equipment. This is China's machinery manufacturing industry.This paper has found out an equipment transformation method which is a feasible and valuable to promote, by the CNC lathe transformation with the YX-C46-SK-driven double-headed, in order to resolve the current problems caused by aging. In the paper, YX-C46-SK-driven double-headed between CNC lathe transformation is carried out research deeply, including technical feasibility of the machine tool transformation and economic reasonableness analysis. How to select appropriate machine tool CNC systems and servo systems is also described, of the overall transformation and design of electric control system is introduced detailedly. NC turning for a dual-head system uses dual system, system-carrier, dual-chuck, with the characteristics of two tools cutting the work-piece at the same time, the design idea of master-slave control is proposed. The results show that the machine tool modified can achieve the desired function and accuracy, and can achieve automation of car parts, such as rear axle shell, and the productivity of the original machine is improved.The anticipated function and the precision are basically achieved after the CNC's transformation, and which can definitely realize automatic control of components processing and vehicle rear axle housing and so on. The producing efficiency is raised approximately 60% than the original NC. |
