Food Microbe ATP Fluorescence Rapid detecting instrument is a High-tech hygiene instrument applied to food hygiene, which makes use of ATP bioluminescence technique to examine the content of microbe on food. The system contains apply program basing on embedded system and the data analysis software embodied in the upper machines.Embedded system makes use of embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱto manage all the software system.the software system includes several functions such as keyboard management,LCD display, analog signal acquisition, data access serial communication and so on.The data analysis software embodied in the upper machines has several modules containing system landing, user management, data management, data analysis, database maintenance.the software can implement several functions such as reading of original data, query, statistic, creating graph, setup parameters.A mathematic model of ATP fluorescence detection based on RBF neural network has been proposed to against the linear-detection of 10-15~10-11mol ATP by the traditional mathematic model of ATP fluorescence detection below 25℃.The improved K—means clustering algorithms searching for the network centers has been applied to improve the self—adapt ion and generalization of RBF network. It can solve the problem of ATP detection in the complicated system. The experimental result shows that the model which has high measurement accuracy can do real-time detection of 10-15~10-8 mol ATP between +10℃and +40℃.The experimental result shows that the instrument has the advantages of short measurement time, high measurement accuracy, high efficiency, which meets demand of food hygiene detecting.
