As the hot-dip material of steel wires, the corrosion resistance of Galfan alloy is better than zinc by 1 ~ 2 times. But the solvent method of hot-dip Galfan is researched much more than the sendzimir. In this paper, Zinc weight, surface quality, Galfan coating, interlayer are researched by adjusting the temperatures and times of reduction and hot-dipping. Analyze the phase composition of interlayer and the relationship between interlayer and coating thickness. In different hot-dipping temperatures, when the hot-dipping times is less than 30s, Zinc weight is increased, But declined when the times is more than 30s for Galfan is melted again. Zinc weight is increased promptly with in the initial stage of hot-dipping, but it is become stably to some extent. The reduction times mainly affect holes and leaks of Galfan. The knots of Galfan is much markly affected by hot-dipping temperatures, reduction times and temperatures than hot-dipping times. Water quenching is helped to get Galfan coating with high performance. In hot-dip Galfan, the reaction of interlayer is very fast and in a certain thickness (about 2μm) to maintain a certain period of time (about 1 minute). When the hot-dipping times are more than 5 minutes, the thickness of interlayer can not increase significantly. The interlayer which is very thin distributes in the matrix near the scope of 0.1 ~ 0.3μm by one-step and irregular by double-step. The thickness of interlaye by Sendzimir is about 5μm in average with regular microstructure. FeAlZnx phase which locates near the main matrix and FeAl3Znx phase which locates near the surface layer is formed in the interlayers. The coating thickness increased promptly with the growing of interlayer in the initial stage of hot-dipping. But when the thickness of interlayer is about 5μm, it is become stably to some extent. FeAlZnx phase is formed in the interlayers when steel wires are corrupted and steel plates are crrupted about 5 hours in Galfan, but FeAl3Znx phase is formed after steel plates are crrupted about 48 hours. |
