| In this paper,the polymeric nanoSiO2 composites based on PET were prepared through blending.The crystallization behavior of the nano composites were tested by DSC.The results showed that the surface character of nanoSiO2 had dramatic influence on the crystallizing behavior of PET fiber. Unfmished nanoSiO2 composites was found to have the role of raising the melting temperature and crystallizing temperature of PET fiber but the nanoSiO2 without interface modification had little influence on the melting temperature and crystallizing temperature of PET fiber.The PET/SiO2 nano composite material was finished through unisothermal crystallization dynamics by Jeziony method. The result showed that the interface action of nanoSiO2 and PET fiber decreased the crystallization speed and the crystallization ability of PET fiber and at the same time increased the crystallizing activation energy.The particular viscosity of PET compound fiber was tested and the average viscosity molar weight of PET fiber was decided.The result showed that with the increase of nanoSiO2 amount, the average viscosity molar weight of PET fiber decreased accordingly.The nanoSiO2 without interface modification had great influence on the decrease of the average viscosity molar weight of PET fiber.The rheology property of PET/ SiO2 nano composite material was tested by RS300 rheology testing apparatus.The result showed that with the addition of nanoSiO2,the apparent viscosity of PET system decreased.But nanoSiO2 with different surface character had different influence on the viscosity of the system.The PET/SiO2 system had the least system viscosity and the nanoSiO2 without interface modification had less influence on the decrease of PET viscosity.The conductive coefficient of the compound fiber was tested by the flat fabric heat preservation apparatus. The result showed that the modification of nanoSiO2 compound fiber increased the heat preservation property in the first place and then the heat preservation property decreased;the addition of SiO2 increased the conductive coefficient of the compound fiber.Temperature had little influence on the heat resistance and conductive coefficient of the fiber.The moisture ratio of the fiber had great influence on the conductive property.Through the test of all-purpose test apparatus,we found that with the increase of SiO2 amount,the break tensile ratio and the break strength of the compound fiber decreased accordingly.The break tensile ratio and the break strength of modified fiber decreased more severe compared with the fiber without SiO2 modification.The moisture absorption property of PET fiber increased with the addition of SiO2.The nanoSiO2 had little influence on the moisture absorption property of PET fiber.With the increase of SiO2 content,Disperse Red FB in the composite fiber dyeing uptake show a lower trend,and unmodified SiO2/PET fiber' uptake decreased significantly, when the SiO2 content increased to 3%,the decrease of modified SiO2/PET composite fiber's uptake was not obvious. |
