The pretreatment of cotton textile using enzyme is a new method which adaptates the time's request of highly effective and environmental and water and power saving,so it is worthy to be widely applied.However,enzyme pretreatment also has its' own disadvantages in its' using technology,such as low whiteness,low absorbency and bad removal of seed-coat fragment,and all these restricted its practical application.In order to increase the effects of enzyme pretreatments,the new processes of effective and short flow were investigated.In this paper several kinds of enzymes which exhibited good efforts in practice were used.The procedures of scouring and desizing and bleaching were researched respectively,each of their influencing factors,accessory ingredients' effects,using technical parameters as well as their compatibility and cooperativity have been investigated,then the one bath pretreatment of feasible enzymes dosage and feasible using technic was obtained:Suhong Desizyme 2000L 1.5g/L, Cellusoft CR 0.8g/L,Scourzyme L 1.0g/L;Pretreatment with hot water of 80℃for 5min,bath temperture55℃,bath ratio 1:20,processing time 60min,JFC 1-2g/L.The low-temperature-bleach technic was used together with the one bath enzyme pretreatment procedure,the mutul influences between the enzyme pretreatment and the low-temperature-bleach was researched,the pretreatment parameters was optimized,and at last the one bath pretreatment procedure of scouring,desizing and bleaching was obtained:pretreatment with hot water of 80℃for 5min,temperture 60℃,bath ratio 1:20,processing time 60min,JFC 1-2g/L,H2O2 14 ml/L, Na2CO31.0g/L,TAED12 g/L,TAED put into the bath 15mins later after the process' beginning. The results showed that textile desizing rate was 96%,the absorption about 14.5cm/30min and the whiteness about 65.The one bath pretreatment technology was used on wool/cotton blend fabric,the desizing rate was 92%,the whiteness about 38,the absorption about 10cm/30min.This one bath pretreatment technology had little damage to the force of the wool fiber.The enhancement of ultrasonic to the enzyme desizing procedure was researched,and the feasible temperature was 50℃,the machine efficency 50%(the density of the ultrasonic 18.91W/L),the processing time 30min.Then the ultrasonic was used in the one bath enzyme pretreatment and low-temperature-bleach technolcgy on the cotton/wool blend fabric,the results showed that the 30min' effects using the ultrasonic was better than the 60min' effects without the ultrasonic:the textile desizing rate was 94%,the absorption was about 12cm/30min and the whiteness about 40.During the process of the research,in order to get the accurate pection content of the cotton fabric sized with the starch,a new pection content testing method was developed,in this method the content of pectin could be determined precisely avoiding the influence of starch.
