| A soft electromagnetic shielding fabric was prepared by electroplating tin-nickel alloy on the Cu-plated PET fabric in potassium pyrophosphate system.The technique parameters of preparing were optimized and the proper conditions of preparing were received in this thesis.The effects of electrolyte composition,temperature and pH values on the K/S values and Resistance of the deposits were studied by orthogonal tests,and the processing parameters were determined to obtain proper K/S values and Resistance.When Nickel sulphate and chloride unchanged,the influence of variable factors on the surface of fabric was discussed.The basic technic data was obtained.In the electrodeposition process,when other conditions remain unchanged,the main concentration can impact the electrodeposition process and a final coating of the influential organization.On the basic technics,keep the concentration of nickel sulphate unchanged in the bath,changing the concentration of chloride to discuss the influence on the fabric.Ultimately, optimum technic was obtained.And results show different tin content and different colour can be obtained by changing ratio of metals in bath.On the basic technic,change cysteine into L-glycine in electroplating solution,the gun color Tin-Nickel alloy EMI shielding fabrics with excellent performance was prepared.Tin-Nickel alloy coating was obtained.The EMI shielding fabrics prepared in the optimum conditions,after the rubbing test and neutral smoke test,it showed it had a little change in conductive,the K/S value,reflect.Fabric showed good corrosion resistance and rubbing.From the SEM image of the tin-nickel alloy on the fabric,it can be seen that tin-nickel alloy coating on the surface has evenly dense,crystalline detail, smooth,and showed a uniform density of the organization.After rub and corrosion resistance,it also prove that the structural of the coating was integrity.From the results of X ray diffraction (XRD),it showed that the alloy was phase alloy in the form of deposits. The EMI shielding function of both fabrics were tested from National Center of Testing Technology,and the results showed that the Tin-Nickel alloy coatings fabric had satisfying surface resistance and EMI shielding effect.Tin-nickel alloy coating can reduce the allergens caused by the traditional nickel materials on the human body,and reduce the amount of nickel to lower the cost of production.So it has obvious practical significance and abroad prospects.The data obtained would provide the contribution to the theory of preparing EMI shielding fabric. |
