Since the mounting demand of limestone for fusing agent and dolomitite for metallurgy in Wugang Group,the production capacity of Wulongquan Limestone mine is increasing too. The blasting scale and frequency is raising,strengthening blasting vibration.However,as the working face extends to deeper depth and thinner border,the distance between working place and buildings around mining area is narrow down.The threaten of blasting vibration has manifest itself in mine production,especially to building security.It is urgent to solve the problem so as to insure security and lower output cost.The paper study the control of blasting vibration in Wulongquan mine.The research content is one of the subsidiary questions of the collaborative project, established by Wuhan University of Technology and Wulongquan scientific research department of Wugang Ming Industrial Group based on the theme:The control of blasting vibration in Wulongquan mine.Appling others' research result,analysis and classify vibration-test data of single and multi-row short delay blasting.According to stack principle of short delay blasting vibrate-signal and wavelet analysis theory,stack single hop blasting vibrate-singal in different short delay time.Forecast blasting vibration intensity in Wulongquan and suggeste reasonable short delay value.Based on wavelet analysis theory,these comes conclusion:(1) Test vibration waveform of single hole blasting in mining area firstly,then stack ignition order of bench blasting and waveform of delay time,so as to forecast blasting vibration waveform with different blast center distances and blasting hazards.(2) According to signal stack principle,stack waveform within different short delay time, tested in Wulongquan with different blast center distances.Then get blasting vibration peak with different short delay time and distances and curve of reducing vibration rate with different short delay time.(3) According to permitting security vibration velocity,reduce-vibration rate and blasting result,reasonable millisecond delay time in bench blasting is supplied in Wulongquan mine, which can be referenced during firing circuit design and short delay time design.During Wulongquan production,the reasonable millisecond delay time suggested to be 10~31ms,45~63ms,86~90ms,95~120 ms,If the protection of built structures in less than 95m,you will need to consider reducing charge amount per delay interval to control the blasting vibration effect.(4) When short delay time is above 120ms in Wulongquan production blasting,the waveform of different segments separated completely without stacking,although these are some reduce-vibration effect.However,oversize short delay time equal to effecting of separate blast hole in isolation,have disadvantage for rock breakage.So it is not the optimal short delay time.
