| The navigation system is one of the most important parts of warship equipment.In addition, there is very important position and role in the other equipments,for example,missile,satellite, launch vehicle,aerospace equipment,military equipment and so on.The material studied was one part of the navigation system.The material of austenitic stainless steel 00Cr24Ni20Mo3Cu3 has been decided based on analysis.The phenomena that the thick parts appear dehiscence has been discovered in the progress of casting and solution cooling and this is a problem.This test simulates the problem,in order to find and settle it.At the same time,the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel 00Cr24Ni20Mo3Cu3 was tested in this paper,in order to make the casting accord with application environment.This paper carried out solution heat treatment and different temperatures aging for the material, which simulated this problem of brittleness.Room temperature mechanical properties and microstmcture morphologies of austenitic stainless steel 00Cr24Ni20Mo3Cu3 were studied by metallographic microscope,electron universal testing machine,vickers hardness tester,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Electron Probe,X-ray diffraction and so on.At the same time,the brittleness of austenitic stainless steel 00Cr24Ni20Mo3Cu3 was gave comprehensive discussion by means of test results.1.Because of addition of the silicon in the test materials 00Cr24Ni20Mo3Cu3,the cutting performance was good,but the brittleness increased in the process of solution.2.The undissolved ferrite microstructure and sigma phase lead to the brittleness of the austenitic stainless steel 00Cr24Ni20Mo3Cu3.3.After the adjustment of silicon content,the brittleness of casting materials by the solution significantly eliminated.The effective parameter was the silion less than or equal to one percent.4.The mechanical properties of the casting materials that the silicon less than one percent could satisfy requirements in the state of solution. 5.The corrosion resistance of the casting materials 00Cr24Ni20Mo3Cu3 was very good in the state of solution,which can be attained the technical requirements of the project,according with the application environment. |
