The Design Of Flame Cutter AC Servo

The flame cutter servo's automatic dropping materials and the intelligent control always have been the key point of research, for these have decided the performance of the flame cutter's cutting product and the industrial production efficiency height. With the industry technology unceasingly innovation and progresses and unceasingly regarding the precision request, the traditional DC-servo can't meet the need of the aspects about the cutting precision and stability. In view of this, the article has used some design ways based on the DSP AC-motor servo. Through the high speed data processing ability of DSP and the superiority in the motor control aspect, fully displaying the characteristic of a high performance control chip, and control the speed and space of the AC-motor through the digitized method, enhancing the real-time reliability, then this servo obtains a relative rational precision.In this topic, the mathematical model of PMSM has first been analyzed. Then the spatial voltage vector control method has been described and used to simplified the servo of AC-motor simplify to the similar DC-motor servo, caused the relative complex AC-motor servo convenient. And then how to design the three regulators has been described. The servo mainly includes the hardware design and the software design. the hardware design mainly uses the DSP2407 as the master control chip which is special in motor control. In this part, system described how to drive and control motor through the system main loop circuit and the measurement circuit. The software design part mainly aims digital realize of at each kind of regulator and the SVPWM programming, and the procedure flow of the majority of functional module also are given. At last, writer shows the emulation diagram and analysis of the servo.the particle has researched and explored in the AC-motor servo aspect, and introduced the application of the flame cutter. Through the matlab simulation experiment, I have obtained the some experience about the AC-motor servo design. At the same time, this servo is not only about the application of flame cutter, also other industry servos. There have certain reference value and significance for the similar AC-motor servo control.
