Research And Construction For Safety Mangement System In Power-supply Enterprise

Power industry is the high-risk industry.In production of electric power enterprises, safety is the basis of all.Its work can ensure the achievement of economic efficiency. Safety management is a systematic project involving of all aspects of the power supply enterprise management.As the safety is attached importance and research,many theories and standards were introduced to serve the safety management.Research and construction of security management system in power-supply enterprise will enable the work of safety management to achieve a higher level.Reference to existing research methods and techniques,and combined with the characteristics of power supply enterprise,this paper constructed a complete set of safety management system for power supply enterprise.The safety culture management theory which is said SOFT management,the paper advances,make this implementation of this system more humanistic.At last,PDCA method is introduced in order to better operation of the safety management system.The paper looks forward to provide some guidance to improve safety management of the power-supply enterprises.
