Yanji Dongming District Heating Project Environmental Impact Assessment

Centralized heating works as one of the main infrastructure in a modern city. Yanji City in cold areas,heating and hot water is required.Recent years,residents rely mainly on the heating of small scattered coal boilers and stoves their own.Small hand-fired boiler room spread in botween the buildings,each hand-fired furnace for a chimney,a small boiler room at least two chimneys,many chimney's pollution is serious.With urban development,small-scale central heating,more and more urgent needed for the development of urban central heating,which is the desire of successive governments in our city is also looking forward to the whole community for many years.At present,the city of Yanji in China's western development has been listed as scope,with China's rapid economic development,urban construction,the city of Yanji will also show a new face to the world.However,due to the formation of the Northern region there is no large-scale district heating,are scattered small boiler room for heating,scattered small boiler room combustion inefficient,wasting not only energy, but also a waste of land resources.In this report,Dongming district heating project in construction period and operation period of the production of Yanji City and the surrounding environment may be the environmental impact analysis,forecasting and assessment,to prevent or mitigate the adverse environmental impact of policies and measures to track and monitor the methods and system.The analysis is completed and put into production projects and possible impact on the environment and to propose policies and measures to prevent pollution.In this article on the project site through the comparison, selection of equipment,fuel analysis,analysis of production process,after the operation to identify the main pollutants generated links,production and engineering of environmental protection measures to be taken;in the state of the environment to investigate and monitor the Based on the forecast after the project put into operation the scope and extent of environmental impact,engineering feasibility studies of the technical feasibility of environmental protection measures and economic reasonableness of the proposed emission control measures,ecological and environmental protection measures and mitigation or prevention of pollution of the proposal,according to sources of heat used in the project,water systems,as well as the characteristics of technology,analysis of fuels used for drainage,pollution prevention and control measures,to determine the construction and operation of district heating have a link of pollutants,accounting "three wastes" emissions for the environmental impact forecast basic data.From the total control of pollutants,the level of cleaner production,water conservation,such as protection of the ecological point of view,to carry out environmental protection measures of technical,economic and reasonable analysis.Environmental protection facilities-based engineering design and environmental management provide the basis for decision-making.
