Bendazac lysine is a kind of aldose reductase inhibitor.It is an effectual for sugar antlcataract,which has prevention and treatment of the role for a variety of types of early senile antlcataract, could play a slow antlcataract progress, improve and maintain the function of svision.Its adverse reactions is mild. Bendazac lysine is widely used a kind of effective drug for prevention and treatment of antlcataract.In this paper,bendazac lysine was synthesized from phenyl hydrazine as starting material by 4-steps reaction.The main synthetic route is as follows:Firstly,phenylhydrazine as the starting material and benzyl chloride react, obtainα-benzyl phenyl hydrazine. Secondly,α-benzyl phenyl hydrazine and urea cyclize at high temperature,obtain 3-hydroxy-1-benzyl indazol.Thirdly,3-hydroxy- 1-benzyl indazol and chloroacetic acid process carboxymethylation reaction, obtain 1-benzyl-indazole-3-oxyacetic acid.In the end, 1-benzyl-indazole-3-oxyacetic acid and L-lysine react in THF solution and recrystallize in ethanol solution, then obtain the end product.The method is simple, raw materials was easy ,moreover the production rate to be high, suitable for industrial production.
