| With vehicle is widely used in our country, the pollution from vehicle is more and more serious. The government constitute the stricter vehicle emission standards to control emission and improve environment. However, the current laboratory vehicle emission test methods are restricted during popularization for the investment of test equipment is large and test cost is high, and not apply to the large-scale vehicle emission test perfectly for the reason of its dirive cycle can not reflect the actual emission on road. Aiming at the problem of current vehicle emission control strategy, referring to the global vehicle emission latest technology, and combining with the conditions of vehicle actual driving, we proposed the test method for on-road vehicle emission to research real-world vehicle emission. This method realizes vehicle emission test in time by combined with sensor technology, computer test technology and internet communication technology. The main characteristic is that it can reflect real-world vehicle emission in time by doing the test under vehicle run as instantaneous cycle when they are driving on road, at the same time it meets the request of popularization because the cost of equipment, test and maintenance is low . This text finished the following issues mainly.1,In according to the technologic requests of the test method, we choose all kinds of sensors and data collection equipment, then compose on-road emission test system. We finish the design of test system through design and modify test equipment, analysis test process and result. We also test and modify the response time of each sensor.2,We finish the design of software system.through adopting the program technology and visible program language Delphi of facing to objects as development platform, and confirm PC host software platform and program structure, then We realize PC host serial communication and data process by using serial communication technology and Mscomm control button based on RS-232 serial communication regulation.
