This article detailed analyses physics character of town sludge stickiness through study that a certain town sludge's water percent influence stickiness. At the same time, It discusses the rule that town sludge stickiness influence large industry product.Disposal of sludge is important part of sewage processing. This article describe sewage treatment like concentration, stabilization, dehydrate, and sludge land use technique, building material use technique, bury technique, heart treating technique for sludge disposal in domestic at present.This article make mechanism study in sludge drying character, sludge stickiness changing in drying process. It bring method to settle sludge stickiness in drying process in basic of study, and bring advices how to avoid stickiness. Aim at the special material–sludge that has high water percent, serious stickiness, we choose common rotary drier, analysis the change in sludge drying process and material after drying. In this base, we rebuild rotary equipment, let this equipment can solve and avoid stickiness in sludge drying process in rotary drier. The mainly rebuilding is add self-clearing device in the feeding part, and the scatter device throughout the center of the rotary. A new rotary drum equipment come into being----self-clearing&Scatter rotary drier. Also we did industry model test, and study particularly in the dry product water percent analysis for two drier, product interior water percent distributing rule, drum interior watching stickiness analysis, sludge product two-drying and"back mixing"processing. We make exploring for sludge drying processing study, development, spreading.
