A great deal of attention has been paid to the nanostructure materials as of this century's most promising materials. Semiconductor materials in nano-scale have many excellent physical and chemical properties, so they have a lot of potential application in many fields, such as electron materials, ceramic, bioengineering, chemistry, etc and arouse much interest of scientist all over the world.In this paper, the application of solid state reaction and molten salt technology has been developed. For the first time, prepared ZnO one dimensional nanostructure by Zn(NO3)2, PEG, NaCl etc, introduced the method integrated room temperature solid state reaction and molten salt technology. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) etc have been employed to investigate the nano-material. The reaction mechanism has been primarily discussed. The influence of experiment condition on the growth of nano-materials has been studied. The result indicate that the appropriate dosage of dispersant 10%,the appropriate heat treatment temperature of NaCl-KCl molten salt is 650℃,that of NaCl-NaNO3 molten salt is 350℃, the heat treatment time is 60 min, the best Moore proportion of ZnO powder and molten salt is 1:2.In this paper, molten salt technology and the method of macromolecule complexation have been integrated in a creative way. Mn2O3 nano-stick has been prepared by Mn(CH3COO)2, NaCl etc. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction have been employed to investigate the nano-material. The influence of molten salt medium and macromolecule polymer on the growth of nano-stick has been studied. The result indicate that the size of nano-product is steady when the dosage of macromolecule polymer is 4%; Molten salt provided a steady liquid state condition for the self-growth of nano-granule, influenced the configuration of nano- materials by altering the growth environment of crystal.The method in the paper can be operated expediently, needing only simple equipment. Especially the directional growth of nanostructure has been implemented, and provided a theoretical assistance for the preparation of some other nano-materials.
