| A special large diameter cylindrical numerical control flame cutting machine was researched in this paper. Line of intersection of cylindrical, Numerical modeling, general design, part structure design, gas line system and the detail function of numerical system were studied. Mechanical motion analysis and improvement of design were done on the turning structure and lifting structure and swing structure. A certain value was supplied for the general design of the special numerical cutting machine in the future. The main works in this paper were done as follows:1. The cutting track curve of cylindrical intersection and the cutting methods of the line of intersection and the welding groove angle were set by describing the cutting principle of cylindrical line of intersection.2. A reasonable general structure was assured according to the cutting method. The general design and the lifting structure, turning structure, inspection structure, gas line system were designed.3. According to the accuracy analysis of the lifting structure, turning structure and the imitate shape structure, the experiment of model machine meets the design accuracy.4. Experiment model of the numerical cutting machine was test in the test flat roof, the motion adjusting function of the facility had been finished, showing teaching in the scene, measuring the line of intersection and function of numerical control program, the experiment of model machine meets the design accuracy. The cylindrical line of intersection and the welding groove angle were cut in the scene, they all meets the welding technical accuracy after measuring. According to the accuracy analysis of the lifting structure, turning structure and the swing structure, the experiment of model machine meets the design accuracy.5. Models were built in the UG NX system. Virtual model of the numerical cutting machine was created in the ADAMS/View. Motion simulations of the mechanical system of turning structure, lifting structure, swing structure were developed. |
