The reserves of the rich iron ore was decreasing nowadays, with pace of the global exploration. A large number of the gangue had been abandoned because of the low content of useful ingredient and high degree of the impurity.and numberous problems included waste and pollution had appeared.Meanwhile,the traditional process which can leach the phosphate from the phosphoric ores can not meet the demand of the industry since weak points of high consumption and heavy pollution. the bioleaching ,which takes the target-element out by acidogenic bactria,with characters such as low cost, easy to administer, high efficiency of disposal, low pollution and energy consumption, can be used to dispose the lean ore and to meet the demand of the green-industry.Some of methods had been summarized in this thesis base on some researches of phosphoric acid releasing series.At first, the mode of agitation was the ideal way for dephosphorization by comparing with other kinds of modes. And then with pulp density at 1.5 %(W/V),the excellent rate for dephosphorization can be obtained by the inoculum's concentration at 25 %(V/V).High the pulp density was the demand for the practice. But the higher pulp density was, the lower rate was received, because the bacteria had been injured by mineral particle, At last, the result of reusing of the inocula which was used one time before showed that the germ disabled the capacity of dephosphorization.By analyzing the data of the experiments and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD), the mechanism can be explained that the direct and the indirect modes played the main role of the process of the dephosphorization.The products, such like jarosite and ammoniojarosite,were the adverse factor for bioleaching. And the outstanding dispersivity of the ore particle was the one of key factors to raise the rate of dephosphorization.With polymolecularity the bacteria can absorb on the surface of the particle, and the ideal rate would be made.Finally, It was possible that the dephosphorization on ore by bioleaching in the way of stirring. And with some reasonable conditions, the rate would above 90 %.Bioleaching holds the value both of society and economy.
