The city domestic sewage is one kind of latent water resources, including the rich carbon hydrogen energy. this article uses the biomass rich structure of the network, low-cost purification of municipal sewage, concentration of hydrocarbon energy, and has the methane energy using the recycling adsorption craft biomass as the methane production raw material,had achieved the genuine sewage resources use, conforms to the circulation economy requirement.This topic selects biomass planing and the sawdust for the sand tree. the sawdust adsorption characteristics, water treatment technology, anaerobic biogas fermentation system is composed of three parts.Obtains to the sawdust adsorption characteristic research, particlesize smaller, the absorbent surface area is bigger, is advantageous to the adsorption; The low temperature is advantageous to the responsecarries on to the adsorption direction; When pH low, in the water theorganic matter and the sawdust has the exchange adsorption, adsorption points more active; The suitable dosage and the vibration also can enhance the adsorption efficiency.In the water technology, the domestic sewage first carries on pretreatment pool, the adjustive pool, then then flows into multi-stage adsorption tower, the treated sewage into the follow-up after treatment. Overall system sewage removing rate achieves 60%-70%.Anaerobic biogas fermentation system uses single-phase anaerobic digestion system .we first make a recovery of the fermentation of biomass feasibility study and then examine how to choose the biomass anaerobic fermentation conditions improve gas production. By inoculation volume of materials, size, total solid content (TS), ratioes of carbon to nitrogen and other different factors affecting the comparison, we study the impact of factors for the biomass anaerobic biogas fermentation efficiency and response cycle, and the impact of factors such as the reaction pH changes ,understand the factors that affect these biomass anaerobic fermentation of the morass of positive and negative impacts. Finally, we design the orthogonal experimental, fast access to the anaerobic methane fermentation best conditions. Come to the reaction temperature at 55±1°C, using intermittent agitation, reaction feed adjustment of the pH value of 6.5 ~ 7.5 in the area, biomass anaerobic biogas fermentation in the best condition : litter size 0.8mm, the total solid content of 10%, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen ratio of 20, against 20% of volume.
