Numerical control technology specialty(NCTS) has now become a specialty of double-quick development. That the NCTS field reality model lesson is the course one giving first place to actual operation, and it requires that the student is able to handle numerical control machine tool independence, to take process and to machining parts that the drawing sheet stipulates.It is very important that the scientific assessment method is adopt to evaluate learning effect for the students majored the Numerical Control Technology. For the NCTS of Changchun Automobile Industry Institute (CAII), uniform and effective assessment method is urgent need. The rubric is a kind of excellent estimate instrument and measure. The author has well designed and developed a series of rubric assessment system to solution the problem.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part explains the background and the matter that the subject raises. Combined with the author's survey, it analyzes the status quo and the issue that the NCTS has been subsistent, and accordingly accounted for the research intention that this paper has adopted.The second part goes deep into analyze the theoretical foundation of the research and the reveal for the research. The author anatomizes the characteristic of the NCTS and bases on this to summarize design request of the rubric. It need that the designed rubric is not only a kind of assessment instrument, but also a sort of learning and teaching implement. According to the objective of the rubric, settle the thought pathway of the design rubric.The main body of this paper is in the third and fourth parts.The third part is the design of rubric for the NCTS. It probes into the four fundamental: direction, science, feasibility and prompting. First, it confirms evaluate index that handles the intension analytical method and expert consultation method. Second, it fixes on index weights that are an important constituent. The target weight is refers to some target the relative important degree which occupies in the entire evaluation criteria system. The first step, in use formula determination weight relations in the index system between neighboring target; Second step, consults the discipline expert using the experience rule to determine each target the weight. Finally, in the process of valuation standard grade design, for an evaluation index to every bar, it will describe that student achievement effect shows out concretely, these describe that the meeting is composed of one sequence from good to bad. Upon expert's proposal, unceasingly revise and perfect, establishment becomes the NCTS field reality model class studying effect assessment rubric.The fourth part is the application of rubric for the NCTS. The author uses assessment rubric here for 07202 class 30 students of CAII, adopt a student to carry out valuation on student's study about effect from judging way. Make use of two pictures to reflect every student's studying effect and collectivity studying condition. Analyze the application validity of the rubric then, verifying applicative effect mutually from to the student's investigation questionnaire and to the interview participating in teachers coming two angles. Final thorough analysis the affects factor estimating that the rubric applies effect.
