The main problems of the old new sand preparation system are analysed, combined with the development of new technonogy and the enterprise actual requirments, the system design aim and total consideration are proposed.2. Integrating advanced new sand Preparation technonogy and equipment, the Overall design of 8t/h new sand preparation system is carried out and analysed.3. The designing of the main assemblies of 8t/h new sand preparation system are done, and the standard equipments are elected, and through calculating the working parameter for the system are determined.4. The control module of new sand preparation system is accomplished, which make the system automation and easy to perform..5. The comparing with the old system is made, which shews that the new designing reached the anticipated object: system dependability and maintainability are increased obviously, mold sand qulity is gained ensure, energy consume is down, working enviroment is improved greatly.
