| Drug is a powerful weapon for people to prevent and cure the diseases, and to safeguard the health. While Chinese medicine is an important part of the world medical thesaurus, and the effective ingredients in Chinese medicine have broad pharmacological effects. It will remarkably facilitate and promote the process of modernization of Chinese medicine by using advanced technology to separate the effective ingredients from Chinese medicine accurately. At present, the ingredients in natural production are very complex. The selectivity of present membranes is very low when they are used to extract and separate effective ingredients, and it is hard to achieve the precise separation of a certain material. Therefore, this thesis aims to preparation of the accurate separation membrane with a specific recognition and permeation performance for a certain material in complexe system, and the mechanism of membrane's selective permeability is also studied.In this paper, according to molecularly imprinted technique, the luteolin molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) were formed by copolymerization of vinyltriethoxysilane as functional monomer and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the cross-linker in the presence of luteolin modified by acryloyl chloride as the template molecule, then by force of synergistic hydrolysis, sol-gel process and elution of template etc. The phase-inversion method was used to prepare the accurate separation membrane (ASM) by filling the MIPs in the polysulfone. And the feasible preparation conditions were established by analyzing various influencing factors.The Scanning electron microscope (SEM) tests of ASM showed that in the ASM there was regular pore structure whose pore size corresponded with the template molecule, which layed a foundation for the ASM to have a selective permeation performance. The permeation and selectivity experiments showed that ASM can recognize and permeate the template molecule selectively in the aqueous solution, while the other molecule with a similar structure to the template was hardly permeated. So it is possible to realize the specific separation of template molecular.The selective permeability mechanism of accurate separation membrane was also studied in this paper. Also the effect of the filling of molecular imprinted polymers on the membrane structure and the advantage to molecular transfer in the inner membrane were deeply analyzed. |
