Abstract/Summary:
In order to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of mining, the safety of the equipment used is required as well as the optimizing of the digging device. The safety of equipment is the capability of accomplishing the stated functions safely and faultlessly in the prescriptive condition and period. The safety of digging equipments can be tested by safety experiment. A lot of research efforts in the safety and optimizing of the device have been made in our country, furthermore, a long-term development has been obtained. But compared with the foreign advanced techniques in mining, there is still some disparities. On the basis of the analysis for the safety of coal-mining facilities, a mathematics model of digging equipment which is optimized is established. It is proved by the fact that the mathematics model is correct and effective.
