Abstract/Summary:
The high-speed Machining is very important Advanced Manufacturing Technology in the Mold manufacture that has highly effective, high quality, low consumption. High-speed CNC machining process requires smooth transition, stability of the load, so programmers must change the strategy process, the better to set the parameters of options.This paper study the high-speed processing and technology on the basis of analyzing status quo at the domestic and international high-speed processing technology, and bring up a knowledge-based high-speed processing method of programming for the actual production play a guiding role. The main contents of the study are as follows:1) This paper study on the basis of reviewing status quo of mechanism of high-speed processing, high-speed processing of key technologies, high-speed mold programming at home and abroad.2) The mold high-speed machining programming strategy is studied in the CAD/CAM system. For example , how to choose the method of high-speed cutting, cutting parameters, tools, path planning of high-speed cutting of roughing, semi-Finishing, finishing.3) This paper create templates, decompose the parts, choose the most suitable high-speed processing technology for each feature, design processing methods for the typical parts on the basis of the characteristics of the processing program. The templates of high-speed processing program are created on the experience of many experts.4) A network programming system is created. When inputting the information, the system chooses automatically templates according to the case-based reasoning approach.5) The system is verified the effectiveness and rationality by the typical mold parts. Practical application shows that the system can dramatically improve the efficiency of programming and the quality of programming.
