Ethyl acetate was synthesized under the condition of continuous stirring in a batch reactor. The catalytic property of Hβwas studied,and has carried on a series of modifications in this foundation to the Hβzeolite catalyst. A series of different loading of heteropoly acid catalysts supported on Hβzeolite with the impregnation method were prepared. The catalysts mentioned were characterized by IR and TPD and their esterification activity was determined. The suitable conditions of the synthesis have been investigated , such as the time of reaction , the ratio of acid to alcohol , the amount of catalyst and etc.The results showed that Strong B acid mainly affected on the esterification activity of Hβ. The acidity , B acid size and esterification activity of different loading of heteropoly acid catalysts was intensified.The 40% loading of heteropoly acid catalysts supported on Hβzeolite was optimized.In addition, on the condition of atmospheric pressure and at the temperature between 338.15K~358.15K ,the reaction rate equation was simulated.
