| Vertical mill is a machine based on material-grinding principle, through the relative movement of the grinding roller and grinding disc device to grind materials, It sets grinding, drying and powder selecting as one, is mainly used to grind and sort the cement raw material ,cement clinker and blast furnace slag.compated with tube mill, Vertical mill has characters of energy saving, simple process, covers small area, abrasive adaptability, and many other prominent advantages, more and more widely used by the cement industry.In this paper,φ5.6m Vertical mill which is related to the Large Scale Vertical Mill development project of China EeZhong Group (DeYang) Heavy Industries Co. Ltd is researched, Analysing the jaw angle between the roller and millstone, the relation of the roller diameter and the materials' grain diameter, the speed of the millstone, the pressure of roller, and the calculation of mill power in detail, and obtaining the loads on the vertical pillar by analysing. Using UGNX to give the the dimensional model of the vertical pillar, and applying ANSYS WorkBench to proceed finite element analysis for the vertical pillar, and according to the results of analyse, improving the component locally in order to reduce local stress, consequently offering a reliable design project for the component design. |
