This study is from HJ sewage treatment station of HongShan District of Wuhan City . It is about the reform study of A/O technology. The original design for the water to deal with of this station is 3000m3 /d. Due to the population growth and the changes in people's habits. Now the volume of contaminated water waste increases to 4100m~3/d .Water after dealing by A/O technology is difficult to achieve the emission standards. After two years, is expected to reach 5000m3 /d, on the premise of not changing the base of the sewage treatment, we come up with a solution. We can change the anaerobic pool of A/O technology into the pool of coagulation ,aerobic pool set aside for long-term. Change A/O technology into chemical coagulation of primary treatment.The main contents of the following:(1) The original sewage station process design position, A/O processing system's principle.(2)The actual measurement of the A/O processing system: The treatment rate of BOD5 is 52.3%,the treatment rate of CODcr is 48.6%,the treatment rate of ammonia nitrogen is 41.6%,the treatment rate of TP is 48.5%.(3)Based on laboratory test data and receive standard of following technology. Analysis of the original sewage station A/O processing system problems, and propose reform program.(4)The experiment selects chemical strengthening coagulation for the transformation plan. The chemical coagulation mechanism and the choice of coagulant.(5) The choice of coagulant and the dosage of coagulant. Selected PAC for coagulant. According to the water quality of the sewage treatment station. We have identified the best of the number of coagulant. In the processing water volume is 4100m~3/d ,under same condition after strengthened coagulation processing, the CODcr processing ratio enhanced 24.2%,the elimination rate of SS enhanced 14.6%,the TP processing ratio enhanced 32.8%,the BOD5 elimination rate enhanced 5.8%,,the ammonia nitrogen elimination rate enhanced 9.4%.Satisfies the following processing craft to accept the condition completely.The design age limit of the sewage station is 10 years. The processing water volume increases to 5000m~3/d in 2 years, increases to 8000m~3/d in 10 years. Then we can change the aerobic pool of A/O system' into the pool of coagulation. It still satisfies the following processing to accept the standard.
