This study discussed environment and process of Taihu Lake cyanobacteria anaerobic digestion,the project operation of Taihu Lake cyanobacteria anaerobic digestion and a preliminary study about fermentation products as the resources.It laid the foundation for further study that Taihu Lake cyanobacteria anaerobic digestion technology and its application in engineering.The results are as follows:1.It is closely related that the pretreatment methods of anaerobic digestion materials and characteristics of cyanobacteria and wheat straw.Pretreatment of fermentation increased production levels,shortened the fermentation period.The maximum per volume of gas production in the fermentation process reached 0.680 L/ (L·d),the average per volume of gas production was 0.160 L/(L·d).Regulating the reactor's pH value of 7.5 is conducive to the conduct of anaerobic digestion.The largest per volume of gas production rate was 0.325 L/(L·d),the average per volume of gas production rate was 0.158 L/(L·d).Under 55℃of optimum fermentation temperature showed the largest per volume of gas production rate was 1.620 L/(L·d), the average per volume of gas production rate was 0.480 L/(L·d).Vaccination doses of the broth 50%rate increases gas production and ahead of the peak time of gas production.The largest per volume of gas production rate was 0.310 L/(L·d),the average per volume of gas production rate was 0.145 L/(L·d).40min of the stirring and return time is favorable to the fermentation process.The largest per volume of gas production rate was 0.522 L/(L·d).2.Milosevic equation can be used to describe the dynamic behavior of the process of anaerobic digestion in methane fermentation stage.Milosevic equation can be obtained by the anaerobic digestion process in different circumstances ratio of feeding the dynamic constant Vmax and Ks.Cyanobacteria and straw as a certain proportion adds to anaerobic reactor,which can improve the dynamics constant Vmax, raise the reactor matrix degradation rate,but also reduce the half-saturation constant Ks.Mixed feeding in the anaerobic digestion process stimulates the yield of methane. Cyanobacteria and straw as a certain proportion of feed can reduce methane bacteria the time of the adaptation period,increase the effective rate of degradation and methane production ratio in biogas.C/N in the anaerobic digestion is affected by the training mode,temperature,various channel carbon is used,which can use multi-factor experiment to be further verified.3.Comparing cyanobacteria separate fermentation and Cyanobacteria mixed fermentation with straw,the average per volume of gas production rate was 0.150 L/ (L·d) and 0.285 L/(L·d),pH value was in the range of 7.44 to 8.31 and between 7.37 and 8.22.The alkalinity changed in 210 mmol/L~770mmol/L,COD reduction rate was 69.34%and 78.62%,VFA content changed in the scope of 235 mg/L~4353mg/L and 235mg/L~4582mg/L.The experiment describes cyanobacteria is a ideal material in fermentation.It can significantly increase gas production and gas production rate per volume to add a certain amount of rice straw to tank in anaerobic fermentation.It can provide a basis for the actual operation of the project.4.Adding pectinase,cellulose,papain and xylanase combination in the fermentation tank at the start of digestion.It was found that the vitality of four enzymes was fall at the end of the fermentation,pectinase activity decreased 86.32%, cellulose activity decreased 65.66%,papain vitality decreased 72.83%,xylanase activity decreased 81.30%,Although the enzymes can bring forward peak of gas production and the total gas production in cyanobacteria fermentation,it is not appropriate to join the enzymes to fermentation at the start of digestion.5.In the operation of the Cyanobacteria fermentation project,AC reactor used sequencing batch fermentation process,ABR used continuous fermentation process. COD load rate were 0.81 Kg/(m3·d) and 1.67 Kg/(m3·d).COD removal rate in the course were 71.83%and 77.11%,the average gas production rate of raw materials were 0.35 m3/KgTS and 0.41 m3/KgTS.6.Comparing biogas slurry and fertilizer impact on the number of New Guinea Impatiens flowers,chlorophyll content in leaves and flowering time.Comparing biogas residue as a base fertilizer biogas slurry as fertilizer impact on greens and tomatoes.Experiments show that in the same nitrogen circumstances,the application of biogas slurry can promote the increase of flowers number.Using biogas slurry containing around 30 mg nitrogen,can keep the same number of flowers,and not shorten the flowering period.Biogas slurry can increase higher chlorophyll content in the leaves than the equivalent of nitrogen fertilizer,biogas slurry and biogas residue in vegetables and tomatoes can increase production at the same time of increasing the quality of vegetables.
