Nanometer Fe was prepared by gas-wet chemistry method, and the affecting factors of the two-step method process were studied. The prepared methods and tested means of Nanometer Fe were also summarized in this paper, and the best experimental conditions were available by plenty of experiments. Blast furnace wet dust was used as raw material in the experiment, however, it was not only a method of getting nanometer Fe, but also a new method of dealing with blast furnace wet dust.In the process of preparing nanometer Fe, the variation regularity of the matter was to be focused on, so was the relationship between microcosmic structure and performance characterization. Meanwhile, several factors which affected the properties of nanometer Fe were explored, including the size of blast furnace wet dust, burned way, deoxidized temperature, preserved time, the kind of surfactant and its concentration, injecting speed of reductive solution, whisking time and whisking speed, dosage of decoration solution and the way of purging nanometer Fe. The best experimental conditions were explored based on the property of product by X radial diffract and vibrancy sample magnetism.The optimum ways by which blast furnace wet dust was deoxidized in gas were: after the blast furnace wet dust was sifted out, then it was burned in either way: 1)burned in a surrounded reductive gas atmosphere, preserved 1h at 900℃and then preserved 3h at 1000℃; 2)burned by a mixed way at 1000℃and preserved 2h. When the blast furnace wet dust was completely deoxidized, it took reaction with acid liquor, and the product of the reaction was the raw material as wet chemistry method, the best conditions of this process were: the reaction took place in organic impregnant, and 3wt% oleic acid was used as dispersant, then the injecting speed of KBH4 was 1~2mL/s; meanwhile the solution was whisked for 20min, moreover 94.59wt% of NiSO4 was used as decoration; when black powder was got, it must be purged 2~3 times by non-ion water and then organic impregnant 6~8 times; after being dried in vacuum, the nanometer Fe was gained at last.The final product was inspected by X radial diffract, scan electron microscope, X radial photoelectron spectrum and vibrancy sample magnetism. The results show that the powder is nanometerα-Fe and its average size is 74nm. There is oxid of Ni enwrapped on the surface of Fe particles. The saturation magnetization intensity Ms of nanometer Fe is 60.85emu/g, and the remaining magnetization intensity Mr is 12.226emu/g, while the coercive force Hc is 268.94Oe.
