| Many metal structure components exposed in the air or water in hydropower station were eroded by oxygen,water and hydrophyte,endangered the security of the hydropower station. Wuhan Research Institute of Materials Protection carried on the item about the research.of the.corresponding anticorrosion coating system of hydropower station metals structure equipments in Yalong River valley in December,2005. Geography position and surroundings condition are the most important consideration in our research on corresponding anticorrosion coating. Insure the station's structure reliablity and perdurablity through our research and piled up data.The research centerd aroud atmospherical exposure test and hanging test samples in different atmosphere and freshwater surroundings in Yalong River valley and Wuhan experiment station. Organic coating system corrosion grade is estimated in different atmosphere surroundings about its protection performance. We piled up corrosion rate of Zn, A1, A3 and 16Mn through the method of loss of weight,and discussed the corrosion mechanism in different entironment.Exposition corrosion test in entironment is a reliable method ,unfortunately,the experiment takes a long time. Anticorrsion of materials through indoor accelerate corrosion test is the most commonly used and efficient way to deal with corrosion problems. We studied electrochemistry protection of metal thermal spraying through electrochemistry test and thermal spraying through electrochemistry test;We studied fluorin-carbon's weather resisting property through QUV accelerated experiment.And we studied anti-erosioncapability of several wear resistant materials in high velocity of flow and low velocity of flow.Our research accumulated environment corrosion data of steel structure anticorrosion system in typical entironment and we studied corrosion law and defend mechanism of anticorrosion system. We have provided reliable and safe theory for the coming terraced hydropower station construction in Yalong River valley. |
