Research Of Biodegradation On The Soil System Polluted By Oil

Bioremediation is defined that: it uses microorganism to absorb,invert,eliminate or decompose contamination in environment, and makes the environment clean or makes biogeocenose renew. The paper summarizes the development of bioremediation of oil-contaminated soil both here and abroad for more than 30 years, introduces the biotechnology of bioremediation in oil-contaminated soil: in situ bioremediation and ex situ bioremediation.At the same time, the thesis still research how to distill the oil from soil, I think, ultrasonic-weight is the best means to distill the oil from soil.The most of all,according to the simulative experiment in laboratory,I distill the microbe from soil,which can decompose oil,and use them,find out the best condition of decomposing oil about concentration of oil,pH, humidity, granularity of soil.
