Polymer flooding has been extensive use in Daqing Oilfield and the displacement characteristics has been known by the people.Planning the future development of the Daqing Oilfield requires more polymer injection blocks and oil layers, so the output of polymer flooding in the proportion of the total output of the production will be more and more.Polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield has become the key to sustainable development and core technology.Existing research results show that,in the oil layer of serious invertical heterogeneity, polymer breaks through into the producing wells fast along high permeability small zone, but there are still many regions of bypassed oil in low permeability sublayer and plane, so after polymer flooding there are still a large number of remaining oil in place. In order to further improve development results of Pâ… 2 oil layer of Daqing oilfield through the way of polymer flooding, this paper presents a new improved recovery method by combining the changing fluid flowing direction in Hydrodynamics and polymer flooding, that is, improving polymer flooding effect on reservoir development and poorer blocks connectivity through the way of well pattern infilling(sparsing) during middle-later polymer flooding stages. Physical simulation experiments about well pattern infilling(sparsing) during middle-later polymer flooding stages are launched adopting the indoor large-scale planar physical model. By studying different well pattern infilling(sparsing) times in the polymer injection process, this paper presents reasonable infilling(sparsing) time, changes in the law of oil-water distribution in the model, water content ratio, degree of reserve recovery, pressure and other indicators. Results obtained from the experiment indicate that well pattern infilling (sparsing) during middle-later polymer flooding stages will improve polymer flooding effect and provide experimental basis for fields utilize well pattern reasonably during middle-later polymer flooding stages and further improve polymer flooding effect on reservoir development and poorer blocks connectivity.
