At present, oil recovery technique of PCP and mating process have a proper role in oilfield development, But seen from being used condition, pump inspection period is shorter,so pump inspection question of sucker rod is high scale.This paper about PCP in the process of lifting the liquid flowing, establish function relationship of the viscosity of liquid and water content, The concentration of poly and PCP circle speed, improve and amend PCP optimized design method, give a reasonable combination of the way about the different pump,reasonable layout method about sucker rod centering device,the speed of the scope,the sinking of the scope to reference of the method,solve the question about different viscosity of the liquid lifting,matching management about rod,tube,pump, provide a reliable basis for the future design of PCP system optimization. At the same time,improve PCP management methods,the development of the wedge-on-rod for PCP, sucker rod centering device limit,the new pipeline to the anti-anchoring device etc PCP mating process to solve rod-tub off from PCP wells, rod-tub partial mill, extend the seizure pump cycle played a positive role.Through studying and testing above, can improve PCP performance and enhance the adaptability of PCP, a further extension of the period of examinational pump,can better play PCP lift low-cost, low-power advantages, play a important significance to achieve its efficient operation and Maximize the benefits.
