Technical Research On Liaohe Oil Field Nitrogen Injection Production

Liaohe Oilfield has rich petroleum reserves ,it's main production is heavy oil , the Viscous crude production occupies more than 80% of it's total oil production .The petroleum demand is increasing contaniously with the rapid economic development worldwide .At the middle and late stages of the oilfields , the thermal recovery technology has faced great chanlengy , some of the oil wells have produced to their economic limits , therefore , how to increase it's oil production is extremely urgent .For most of steam huffand puff wells and steam drive wells , the oil saturation evidently decreases in the surrounding formation around the well bores because of steam injection cycles increase and rapid formation press drop . In order to improve these conditions , the research on the technique of nitrogen injection production in oilfields has become a necessity , so as to find an effective way to increase oil recovery of heavy oil thermal recovery wells , light oil wells , natural gas wells , fracturing and acidizing wells and perforation wells , thus to provide technical guarantees for the secondary development of the oil fields .Many domestic oil fields have developed nitrogen injection operations at different time , and have gained certain achievements . At the end of 1990s , Liaohe Oilfield imported membrane nitrogen separation equipment and applied successfully to the sites operation s and gained remarkable results . It mainly researches on the effective nitrogen injection production methods and techniques by using nitrogen basic characteristics , and nitrogen generation and injection equipment , as well as analyzing oil wells'characteristics . This paper has theoretically analyzed site nitrogen injection principle , performance parameter calculation , nitrogen isolation clean up mechanism and results , and developed a set of technical studies on nitrogen drive , increasing heat efficiency and drive results ; using basic nitrogen gas lift principle to realize technical completion of comprehensive gas lift design with nitrogen gas lift clean up techniques , and thus has provided not only an important theoretical significance but also an application value of long term stable production for Liaohe Oilfield .
