Apparent viscosity and ability of plugging and regulating profile of foam system are high and it has the features of plugging oil and water etc. Therefore, foam flooding has been a kind of EOR method whose developing potential is very big and it develops quickly in recent years. Foam combination flooding has virtues of combination flooding,gas drive and foam flooding and becomes a kind of synthetic,multifunctional petroleum production act.Features of the paper are that the method of airflow is used to proceed with foaming performance experiments on many kinds of surfactants by flue gas, and the method of foam aggregative index is used to proceed with performance evaluation. HY-3 has been chosen as optimum foaming agent, and it is applied in investigating affecting factors of foam performances. At the same time, HY-3 is chosen as foaming agent and flue gas is chosen as foaming gas, foam flowing experiments are done by high pressure foam apparatus under high pressure, and seeping ability of foam in the porous media is investigated. In the end, foam flooding experiments are done in high pressure.The results show that: surfactant HY-3 is best foaming agent, foaming performances of HY-3 is stronger. When gas/liquid ratio is 4:1, foam aggregative index is above 10000. The conditions of gas/liquid ratio,concentration of foaming agent,salinity,adding foam stabilizing agent and so on will all affect foam performances, but affecting extent is different. The bigger Gas/liquid ratio is, the better foam performances are; foam aggregative index increases as concentration of foaming agent, after its concentration is up to 0.3%, increasing amplitude becomes small; the higher salinity is, the worse foam aggregative index is. Foam aggregative index 13718 under the condition that sewage salinity is 3770mg/L can meet the require of experiments. Adding polymer has the good function of stabilizing foam, when concentration of polymer is 500mg/L, foam has higher foaming ability and stability, and strong foam can be formed. Surfactant HY-3 and flue gas can form stabile foam in the porous media, forming foam has good plugging ability and resistance coefficient is above 200; binary foam multisystem of surfactant HY-3 as foaming agent and polymer as stabilizer has good displacement characteristics, latitude of EOR on the basis of polymer flooding is up to 9.1%. At the same time, we find that EOR effect of injecting foaming system and flue gas simultaneously is better than that of injecting foaming system and flue gas alternately.
