A kind of phenol esters low-pollution compound antioxidant,β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl di-octadecyl alcohol phosphate,were synthesized in this paper,by amine reaction,condensation reaction and transesterification reaction, and analyzed i-ts performance.The influence of different solvents, different catalysts and other factors on the yi-eld of the product were studied in synthesising of N,N-dibutyl-β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hy-droxyphenyl)propionyl amine (intermediateⅠ),β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propi-onyl diethyl phosphate (intermediateⅡ),β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl di-octadecyl alcohol phosphate (the product).Product yields were all high when puttingxylene as a solvent. Yield of intermediatesⅠwas very high when putting gender ox-ides lead tetraoxide as a catalyst,by investigating lead tetraoxide, lead oxide,zinc oxideand composite catalysts of zinc oxide and lead oxide, zinc oxide and lead tetraoxide. IntermediatesⅠwas separated by the method of heating vacuum distillation. Yield of intermediatesⅡwas very high, almost the same with the single organic tin as the catalyst, when putting sodium bicarbonate, potassium hydroxide,sodium acetate and the compound of sodium acetate and organic tin(1:1) as catalysts,by investigating the catalysts of potassium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium benzoate, potassium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acetate, the compound of sodium acetate and potassium hydroxide and the compound of sodium acetate,potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate with Organic tin, respectively. IntermediatesⅡwaspurified by the method of extraction and heating vacuum distillation. The yield of endproducts using organic tin was higher by investigating the catalysts of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium acetate, organic tin. It was separated by themethod of heating vacuum distillation, extraction,and decompress filter.The melting points of intermediatesⅠ,Ⅱand end products gotten through a digital melting-point instrument were 63-65℃,61.3-64℃,53.4-54.1℃respectively, IR were also studied here. Narrow melting range and IR spectrogram illuminated that synthesized products were reaction products in theory.In the course of testing the performances of end products, it studied the influence of the content of end products and extrusion number over thermal stability of PP pesin, MFR, yellow index. Oxidation induction period of PP pesin was very long, whose concentration of end products was 3.0‰. Changes of MFR were more stable. Stability of color was very good. This illuminated that end products performed a function of delaying the oxidation of PP, improved liquidity of PP pesin, and made the forming easy.
