Among the refinery's production activities,the blending and scheduling of product oil is one of its important contents.Aiming at some problems of the b1ending and scheduling work of product oil in most refinery at present,surrounding how to scientifically and conveniently assist the persons being engaged in the blending and scheduling work of product oil ,to help them efficiently and unfailingly complete their tasks,the dissertation researches the models and solving algorithms of product oil blending and scheduling optimization problems,and develop the product oil blending and scheduling system software.These researching result is of great theoretic significance and application value to refinery's scientifically blending and scheduling. Firstly, this thesis synthesizes domestic and international research fruits and current situation of oil blending,and compares product oil blending method. Establish a new gasoline blending receipt model because of product oil blending receipt model is not exact and has too much solution process. three models, that optimize simultaneity among gasoline blending components, among gasoline trademarks and between gasoline trademarks and components oil, are put forward. Base on these models, octane number blending model, which take blending components act each other into account, is put forward. It has been proved that this model is reasonable. Analysis of degree of discrete and fitting and application in locale industry is carried through. Octane number blending model is proved reliable.This article compares practical blending value with results from calculation by octane number blending model in PetroChina Daqing Refining & Chemical Company during 9 months for 2005. It is proved that this model can enhance quality of blended gasoline distinctly, improve benefit obviously. It has broad application prospect in refining trade.
