Daqing Refining and Chemical Company is a large petrochemical enterprise, whose development goals are to be the base of polymer for oil fields and polypropylene. The primary and secondary crude oil processing capacity is 6Mt/a. There are 30 important units in the company such as lubricants unit 20×10~4t/a, paraffin unit 10×10~4t/a, polyacryamide unit 10×10~4t/a, acrylic unit 3×10~4t/a and the largest polypropylene unit in Asia 30×10~4t/a (target is reaching 100×10~4t/a). Therefore how to supply enough propylene feeding is very important. Now the need for propylene is 1000t/d, which is mainly produced by 1.0Mt/a ARGG unit and 1.8 Mt/a ARGG unit together. Meanwhile, in order to maintain the gasoline quality according to GB17930-1999, decreasing the content of olefin must be also considered.This thesis tries to find out the productive potentialities and the developmental direction of 1.0Mt/a ARGG unit through discussing industrializing experiments in Daqing Refining and Chemical Company and analyzing several new industrialized technologies (ARGG+FDFCC,CPP,TMP etc) for increasing propylene, aiming to ensure the sufficient supply to achieve company's"two bases"development goal.
