The perforation and production and workover technology for horizontal well were researched. The advanced adaptive model for the horizontal well perforation and completion perameters optimization software was finished, which can help field staff to optimize the perforating parameters to enhance the productivity ratio of oil well, and promote the integrity level of the horizontal well perforation technology. In the course of study and practice of completion production and well repair, the results of completion optimization for horizontal well were summarized, and found out the optimum time to lift fluid level for high-water-cut horizontal well. This project can ensure that the downhole work is done smoothly through optimizing pipe string and improving tools.The achievements are as follow: The horizontal well perforation and completion perameters optimization software has developed. The chart is helpful to make completion and test design for horizontal well and to optimize perforation perameters and is convenient to apply in field. The optimum time to lift fluid level for high water cut horizontal well has been proposed through analysis and practice. The rule of wax precipitation in herazontal well has been found out. Changing the condition of pipe flow that can disturb wax precipitation may prolong pump inspection interval. Separate zone production was achieved because the downhole work can be done successfully through designing and improving downhole tools. Seccessful jam release of S26P1 make a breakthrough of thorough repair of horizontal well in JS Oilfield.
