TEG Dehydration System Modification Project For WZ12-1A Platform

Natural gas production shall be increased in WZ12-1A platform, the original system could not meet the requirements, so capacity should be expanded. After calculation, it adopts the filling instead of tower tray,and changes some parts of original dehydration system. mostly changes a more large tube & shell heat exchanger, and add to a plate heat exchanger.Because WZ12-1A platform is on the rails, so it needs to change without stopping. This is difficult. The thesis testifies that changing tower tray dehydration system into filling dehydration system is feasible through some examples. Meanwhile, this thesis expounds the whole process of marine changing without stopping, including the documents , difficulty and notice in every process, and they can use for reference on marine changing engineering.
