| In this paper, the bioremediation technology for the treatment of oil-containing soil in Shengli Oilfield was investigated. Some kinds of indigenous bacteria with high oil degradation capacity were screened from the oil-containing soil in Binyi wastewater disposal station. Experiments for the bioremediation of oil-containing soil with the bacteria were carried out to study the influence of operation parameters on the bioremediation effect. Then pilot experiments were conducted to verify the laboratory results.Soil sample was obtained from the long-term piled oil-containing soil in Binyi wastewater disposal station. Bacteria with oil degradation capacity were screened and separated from indigenous bacteria. The strains were inoculated in liquid medium with oil as the sole carbon source. The oil content of the medium was measured after a certain period of training to deduce whether the strains have the capacity of oil degradation. And the oil degradation effectiveness can be calculated. Two strains with high oil degradation capacity were obtained, and were named as S02 and S04. The physiological and biochemical experiments for the strains S02 and S04 were carried out. The results show that the two strains were not the same. The influence of operation parameters such as the dosage of bacteria, temperature, soil moisture, nutrient content, amount of bulk agent, surfactant types and amount, tilling frequency and the diameter of soil grain on the degradation effectiveness was studied. The appropriate conditions for the bioremediation process was: 30% of soil moisture, 2.5% of the amount of bulk agent, 1.0×108cfu·g-1 for the bacteria dosage, 1500 mg·kg-1 for the amount of surfactant, C: N = 100:10, and about 30℃for the temperature.Experiments were conducted to investigate the bioremediation effect of three operation conditions in pilot scale. Finally, a preliminary study about the kinetics in the bioremediation process for oily soil was made, and the dynamic equation about the degradation of oil was obtained. The influence extent of some operation parameters on the degradation effectiveness can be deduced by analyzing the kinetic constants. |
