High-pressure water-jet technology, as a newly raised method, is widely applied in the oil production, which can increase drilling speed and oil recovery efficiency significantly. Among all kinds of water-jets, abrasive water-jet shows a unique and outstanding feature. To use this jet successfully, much research on jet characteristics must be done, which means, we should work out an acquisition and analysis on jet injection velocity and pressure. Aimed at this goal, this thesis prompted a water-jet acquisition and analysis software. The software is constructed based on the platform of LabVIEW, and it has a friendly interface, leads to an easy operation. It also has a wide universality, which makes it can not only collect data rapidly and accurately, but also provide treatment and analysis. Data treatment refers to data filtering; data analysis refers to data playbacking, time-domain, frequency range analysis and data curve fitting. On the basis of the software, this thesis worked out the jet impact pressure's test and analysis through the use of jet devices in high pressure water-jet lab in CUP. The results indicate that under the condition of a confined pressure, jet may still remain its similarity. The confining pressure which may change the decay rate, can not affect the decay law of dimensionless impact pressure in the axial and radial direction. Meanwhile, the pressure decreased with the reduction of confining pressure in the same direction. Further tests indicate that the water-jet acquisition and analysis software is of high reliability and the usability.
