Shengli oil field is beginning to exploit the deep reservoir recently. it is a very complex oil field not only for the complex geology but also for the reservoir variety, so somebody call this field"oil geology garden". Fengshen field is a important exploitation deep field in Shengli oil field. In this field many technologies were used.In this article we analyzed the basic geology in this field and according to this information about the problem of the well drilling we studied the design method of the well profile and the anti slant technologies and its effect. We analyzed the factors which affect the drilling rate and researched how to boost the drilling speed in deep well especially for the salt gypsum formation we analyzed this formation carefully and developed a effective way to boost the drilling speed in salt gypsum formation. The risk of the well bore stability is a very important problem. It relate to whether we can drill successfully. In this article we chose the drilling fluid which can maintain well bore stability and advanced the drilling process that can keep the stability.According to the study of the Fengshen field, we get the fruits below.(1)According to the property about the slant in the Fengshen field. We used the tapered drill collar string and the decentralized drill collar that we controlled the slant of the well effective and got the good effect.(2)According to how to boost the drilling speed. We studied how to optimize the drilling bit and the drilling parameters. To different formation we used different technologies and we speed up the drilling.(3)We studied the property of the Polyether Polyols and used it in the Fengshen field and get good results that keep the stability of the well bore protected the oil reservoir and guarded against the sticking of a tool.(4)We analyzed the mechanism of the casing wear and used the anti friction joint that got a good result.
