Vibrating screen is one of the key equipments in mine, coal, metallurgical enterprises, their work performance and operating conditions directly affect the economic efficiency and production safety of the enterprises. As vibrating screen is usually in high-temperature, high noise and a lot of dust harsh environment, it is difficult for artificial scene monitoring equipment operating conditions. Currently, domestic vibrating screen equipment operating conditions is gotten mainly by the means of regularly artificial patrol, which can not achieve real-time monitoring equipment operating conditions and automatic alarm, and can not meet production safety requirement. Therefore, research and development vibrating screen equipment condition monitoring system is of great value in engineering.The major factors affect vibrating screen work performance and safety: the screen vibrating, bearing temperature, the base load and other parameters. This Paper researched on the following three aspects according by the above three parameters for the monitoring needs.According to the theoretical mechanics, establish a theoretical model of three shafts equal-thick elliptical screen, study on the simulation of the kinetic model using the screen kinematics and dynamics characteristics, draw the law of the amplitude and phase of three excitation, the quality of materials and the mass distribution affection on the vibrating and the trajectory of the screen, provides a theoretical basis for the judgment and warning of types of equipment failures.According to the function of equipment monitoring, design the overall scheme of the monitoring system, complete hardware design and production of the monitoring system, and complete the development of the software system on the LabVIEW software development platform. Realize the system's function of monitoring the screen vibrating, the bearing temperature and the load of base, and realize the equipment failure warning, judgment and processing functions according to the monitoring results.Research the work performance of the monitoring system on the analog equipment, and the results showed that the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring system meets the requirement.
