When cancer cells were heated to about 42~45℃,it would be massive killed,and the normal cells were heated to 48℃above would not be killed. Therefore,hyperthermia that the cancer cells were killed selectively and the normal cells were not harmed when the location of tumor was heated to 43~48℃,was considered to be a no side-effect method to treatment cancer.It was become a international hotspot to research in medical.It was to be a focus to research the thermoseeds that was embedded in body and produced heat.The thermoseed came from crystallization of glass based on Fe2O3-CaO-SiO2 with the addition of a small amount of B2O3 and P2O5,combined the strong ferromagnetism and the bioactivity,was no side-effect even in body for long time.It was importance value to treatment tumour in deep of tissue.The Fe2O3-CaO-SiO2 glass system was study in this paper major.When the composing of glass was designed in the beginning of crystal area,the magnetite separate from base glass when it was managed under propriety temperature.The content and dimension of crystal,magnetic property were to be contral by changing chemical content and heat-treatment.The magnetic property and bioactivity were obtained at one time by changing chemical content of base glass.The technology route was to design the content of base glass,produce glass,DTA,X-ray,confirm the system of heat-treatment,test the magnetic property of sample,soak in the simulated body fluid,analysis result,confirm vesicant and frothing temperature.The ferromagnetic glass-ceramics from crystallisation process were investigated.The glass based of Fe2O3-CaO-SiO2 with the addition of a small amount of B2O3 and P2O5,It were melt in silica crucible under 1380℃and prepared uniform and pure black glass.The heat treatment to product glass-ceramics of main crystal Fe3O4 were decided from DTA,XRD analysis. The magnetometer and soaking in simulated body fluid was test.The result that the content of Fe2O3 in base glass is 40%,the reasonable process of heat-treatment is maintained at 1060℃under the deoxidized atmosphere for a long time.The results are showed that the material has magnetic intensity per unit kilogram of 22.6 A·m-1·g-1.The and bioactivity is showed that the hydroxylapatite layer forming on the surface of glass-ceramics soaking in simulated body fluid.The magnetic thermoseed materials was planted in position once by surgical,and it was existed in body for long time to repeat hyperthermia time and time without pain.The innovation of this paper is to select charcoal and calcium carbonate as vesicant to produce porous ferromagnetic glass-ceramic with magnetic property and bioactivity under reasonable frothing temperature.The chemistry druggery is filled in hole of the porous ferromagnetic glass-ceramic.The porous ferromagnetic glass-ceramic is to be a carrier of the chemistry druggery to release slowly in the body.It can obtain double treatment effect both chemical and physical.
