In recent years,with the automotive industry and the development of relevant industries,as the main basis of mechanical parts,the cross-shaft parts of an ever-increasing status is also becoming increasingly important.At present, production level of specialization is rather low in national mostly automobile parts enterprises.Total technique plane is not high.How to change currently actuality in more economic and efficiency methods becomes a very important study task for automobile parts manufacturing now.This article mainly takes cold extruding cross-shaft parts as the research object. Pro/E,DEFORM-3D,VC++6.0 as a platform and has done some research on the development of Cross-axis of the cold extrusion forming process of research,as well as forming process of finite element simulation,and serve as a basis for the systematic study of axial symmetry axis parts Cross cold extrusion product development and tooling design parameters of digital and other issues.Through the finite elementsimulation software DEFORM3D,it is used to simulate the forming process of cold extruding cross-shaft parts in the one-way and two-way symmetric extrusion,and analysis the stress distribution of the metal and metal flow characteristics.According to the simulation results,I determine the cross-shaft parts cold extrusion process and the forming die structure.Family table is used in the digital development of parts,and cold extruding cross-axis parts is taken as an example to introduce the process of development in detail,to build a production database of cold extruding cross-shaft parts s.This can build models automatically.It meets the needs of changes in reasonable parameter, improves the development speed of such products,reduces repetitious work of the designers,and the mistakes.Above all,give the plant some advantages;on the base of the product database,we can realize the management of the parts systematically, not only classifies clearly,but also extracts rapidly during design process,and it can be used efficiently.In the exploitation process of the interfaces of the system,this article puts up exploitation with synchronous mode of Protoolkit language,which lets this system run more steadily.In the same time,"UI" dialog boxes and menus with same style are gotten.This article designs facility and applied Human-Computer Interactional interfaces,which greatly increases the use and management rate of this system.On these basis,this paper proposes an idea of achieving digital design of cold extruding cross-shaft parts and its mould using Pro/TOOLKIT,exploits digital design system of cold extruding cross-shaft parts and its mould.This system applies parametrization and digitalization of Pro/E system to the process of designing cold extruding cross-shaft mould,achieves digital design of different cold extruding cross-shaft mould.
