Applied Research Of Utility Evaluation Index System Of Industrial Environmentalization

With the continuous development of the world economy, environmental pollution effect on the economic development becomes increasingly obvious , the problem of environment and development has been one of the topics for several years, and the world has never take this problem as so important as today. How to deal with the relationship between industrial development and environmental protection, and find new thread, new mode and new approach to solve the environmental problem during the process of industrial economy development, and preventing environmental pollution and improving the ecological environment has become urgent to de government and the manager. Industrial Environmentalization, as a new theory, the emergence of Industrial Environmentalization, and to resolve the conflict between the Environmental Protection provided a more feasible solution.Because of the Industrial Environmentalization is a very new concept, the research about utility evaluation index of Industrial Environmentalization is less, And there is no index system which has been recognized broadly. This paper starts with the current circumstance of Industrial Environmentalization, basing on the study of various types of existing method of utility evaluation of Industrial Environmentalization. Use its evaluation results, governments and enterprises have their own real-time implementation of the environmental protection industry results, in order to correct deviations and formulate more specific policy on environmental protection.The full texts is divided into five sections, Chapter 1 Introduces mainly about the background and purpose of this paper, the needs of the basic theory, as well as the expected innovation in this paper, and make sure the necessity of the utility evaluation index system of Industrial Environmentalization. Chapter 2 introduces the basis of the Industrial Environmentalization. Chapter 3 and 4 is the focus of this paper, discussed in detail in Chapter 3 of the Construction of Utility Evaluation Index System of Industrial Environmentalization, and finalization of the basic framework of the index system. Under Chapter 4 based on the last chapter of the evaluation index system, as well as evaluation method, the environmental protection industry in China in the effectiveness of a preliminary assessment, and evaluation results of a detailed analysis of Environmental Protection to solve industrial problems. Chapter 5 is the conclusion and prospect; the main thing is to a summary of the study in this paper, the study of deficiencies, specified for the future direction.
