| The production automation, flexibility and integration have become the developmental direction of the manufacture aspect, and thus make the ideal machine work to be an important subject in manufacture process at present. In this paper, considering the characteristic of CNC machining and chip formation, further research has been carried out in the following aspects.This dissertation constructs the virtual operating system panel of NC-Processing system, and takes research to control simulation operation of the CNC machine. By using different modeling method in consider of the features of different geometric object modeling, in this way we can guarantee the object's complication and definition as well as improving the efficiency of the geometric modeling; Then the paper analyzes and improves the simulation technology of turning processing,implement machining simulation of the work piece surface and the hole, and reflect the occurrence of visual processing to interfere in the results. It makes the whole system of CNC turning more authenticity, and the simulation results have better realistic and authenticity so as to prepare for the further chip forecasts and visualization.The chip formation prediction model is presented base on the theory of artificial neural network by using Matlab Toolbox according to the cutting parameters. The paper uses the module transferred from Matlab to VC++ by using Matlab Com Builder, integrates the chip formation prediction model into virtual numerical control machining system, predict the form of the chip. The system users can import their swatches under their own circumstance, and predict pertinently form of the chip after the training process is finished, and the cutting experiment verified the accuracy and practicality of the chip formation prediction model.The dissertation establishes the mathematics models of the chip up-curling radius, the chip side-curling radius and the chip side-flow angle according to the chip mechanism, analyzes and discusses the way of the chip breaking. A method of chip's geometry feature modeling which based on optimized Triangle Mesh is presented, and draws the chip curl monomer and other kind of curl monomer. The paper provides a method that can change the chip's varieties and sizes in conditions of cutting parameters varied, realizes the chips'visualization. |
