| In rencent years, Metallomesogens which contain the properties of metal ions and liquid crystal are the one of the hot points in liquid crystals materials and other related subject areas, In this dissertion,we designed and synthesized fourα-(2-Pyridyl)- acetophenones derivatives.The methyl gallate and 6-methyl-3-hydroxyl-pyridine were used as the raw materials.They were modified as intermediates by terminal hydroxyls reacting with 1-bromoalkyl chains derivatives at 100℃at alkaline condition according to Williamson reaction.The yield rate decreased by increasing number of carbons.LDA was prepared by n-BuLi in dry solvents under an inert gas atmosphere. Then, the ligands for metallomesogenic compounds were afford by LDA reacting with prepared intermediates. All compounds were determined by ~1H-NMR.The ligands were coordinated with high coordination number metal ion Fe3+.In the inert gas atmosphere, FeCl3·6H2O and ligands were refluxed to afford metal organic compounds as red oil.The compounds didn't show the liquid crystal phase by the Polarized optical microscopy.The fourα-(2-Pyridyl)- acetophenones derivatives supplied the main research way and established the important base on these type of metallomesogen.In the study of the synthesis of natural demiric carbazole alkoids, p-bromo toluene and 2-bromo nitrobenzene used as the raw materials ,the key intermediate N-meth- oxy-N-phenyl-2-bromo-aniline was synthesized by Grignand reaction, N-alkylation reaction and methylation reaction, which settled the foundation for the synthesis of natural demiric carbazole alkoids. |
