In this thesis, 1-chlormethyl naphthalene has been prepared by the Blanc reaction using naphthalene, hydrochloric acid and formaldehyde as the raw materials, and its optimal technical conditions have been studied, the optimal technical conditions is as below: using tetraethylammonium bromide as catalyst, n(naphthalene): n(formaldeh- yde)=1:2, reaction 6h under 75℃. 2-methyl-4-dibenzylamino benzaldehyde has been prepared by the Vilsmeier reaction and its optimal yield is 60.2%. N,N-bis(4-methyl- phenyl)-4-[2-(1-naphthalenyl)ethenyl] benzenamine and N,N-bis-benzyl-4-[2-(1-n- aphthalenyl)ethenyl] benzenamine have been obtained by the Wittig-Horner reaction using 1-chlormethyl naphthalene and N, N-disubstituted aminobenzaldehyde as the raw materials, the yield were 93.1% and 69.8%. The structure of the synthesized compounds were determined by UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR.The OPC of functional separation type have been fabricated using synthesized compounds as HTM and Y-TiOPc as the charge generation materials, The test results showed that both of the compounds are excellent HTM with good photographic performance. The data of their half-decay exposure were less than 0.8lx·s-1, residual voltage were no higher than 50V, dark decay speed were less than 20V·s-1.The thesis studied the preparation of bisZ-polycarbonate by the polycondensation using BTC and bisphenol Z as the raw materials, dichloromethane as the solvent, triethylamine as the catalyst. By the study about the technical conditions such as solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time. The thesis obtained the method to regulate the molecular weight by control the technical conditions. The reaction can gain polycarbonate with molecular weight between 2×104 and 14×104, at last the structure of the synthesized compounds were determined by IR and DSC.The functional separation type have been fabricated using synthesized polycarbonate as the resin, The test results showed that BisZ-PC has more excellent performance in toluene than dichloromethane, and the polycarbonate which is feasible for applying in OPC has the molecular weight between 4×104~10×104, all of the polycarbonate with different molecular weight have similar performance, such as half-decay exposure were less than 0.8lx·s-1, residual voltage were lower than 30V. |
